At Saskatoon Car Wraps, we offer a full vehicle wrap design service for customers who need a custom graphic concept created from scratch, whether that’s a complete commercial vehicle branding design, a colour change concept with accent graphics, or a fully custom design for a personal vehicle, motorcycle, boat, or any other wrapped surface.
Our design work is done in-house, which means the people designing your wrap are the same people who will be printing and installing it. That matters because a designer who understands how vinyl wrap behaves on a real vehicle, how it wraps around panel edges, and how graphics need to be positioned to account for door handles, vents, and seams, will produce a car branding design that actually works as a wrap, not just as a flat image on a screen.
Consultation
We start by getting to know your project. What’s the vehicle? What’s the goal of the wrap? Do you have brand guidelines or existing artwork to work from? What’s your vision, your budget, and your timeline? This initial conversation gives us everything we need to start thinking about the right design direction for your project.
Concept Development
Our designer creates an initial wrap concept based on your brief. We work on vehicle-specific templates that show exactly how the design will appear on your actual vehicle model, so you can visualise the finished result accurately before anything is printed or installed. We present the design in a format that clearly shows how the graphics wrap around the vehicle from multiple angles.
Review and Revision
We present the concept to you and walk you through the design choices we’ve made – the colour decisions, the layout logic, the placement of key information. From there, we work through revisions together until the design is exactly right. We want you to be genuinely excited about the design before we move forward and not merely satisfied with it.
Print and Install
Once the design is approved, we move to production. We print on premium vinyl film using professional grade wide format printing equipment, and we install with the same care and precision we bring to every project in our shop.

Wrap Design for Commercial and Fleet Vehicles
For commercial and fleet car wrap design, there are additional considerations beyond pure aesthetics. The design needs to communicate your brand clearly and quickly because most people only have a few seconds to absorb the information on a moving or parked vehicle. Key elements like your company name, phone number, website, and core service offering need to be legible at a glance, positioned prominently, and sized appropriately for the viewing distance at which they’ll most often be seen.
We design commercial vehicle graphics with these practical marketing considerations top of mind, and we strike a balance between visual impact and clear communication that makes your vehicles work effectively as mobile advertising tools.
Do I Need to Provide Artwork?
Not necessarily. If you have an existing logo saved in a vector format such as .ai or .eps, that’s very helpful and gives us the cleanest starting point to work from. However, it is not a requirement. Our graphic design department can work with what you have, recreate artwork that only exists in low-resolution or raster formats, or develop brand elements from scratch if needed.
If you come to us with nothing more than a business name and a general idea of what you want your wrap to look like, that’s a perfectly fine starting point, we’ll build from there.
